Ray Henry, Superintendent

Ray Henry is a well-organized Superintendent with the ability to plan far in advance of execution. Ray has excellent rapport with both Owners and Architects, yet he commands respect in the field. His 40+ years of experience and construction knowledge allows him to easily guide and direct subcontractors, field suppliers, and field forces on any jobsite.


Project Role

Ray will be Mid American’s representative on site. Ray will be on-site 100% of the time in which construction is in progress. From site stake-out onward, he will be expected to coordinate and manage all day-to-day on-site operations. Ray leads the subcontractors with goals of safety, sequencing of materials, long lead items, cost, site logistics, quality and completion date. Ray’s responsibilities will be to keep an updated schedule, weekly meetings with subcontractors and meetings with the architect and owners while supplying a three week look ahead schedule,
coordinating with trade’s labor, material, deliveries & equipment. Other responsibilities are quality control, safety, pricing RFP’s & ASI’s, punch list & as-built drawings.
