Dan has more than 35 years of construction experience and the knowledge to provide clients with the highest quality outcomes. His strong relationships with contractors is a fundamental asset to client project coordination. Dan’s experience with contractors helps clients achieve the results they expect from CLE Building Co.


Project Roles

Dan will be the primary point of contact for projects. Dan’s years of construction experience ensures responsible program and contracts administration, job cost forecasting, project accounting, project scheduling, and project closeout. Mr. Trinetti has and will be the lead for CLE Building Co. during the various project stages and will provide the master schedule, budget estimates, constructability review, and value engineering. He will work with the Estimators and Superintendents to deliver accurate subcontracts, supply agreements, and invoicing. The SPM will be charged with oversight and management and will have full authorization regarding the operations of the overall program. The SPM will orchestrate each stage of all program activities from start to finish. He will be responsible for ensuring that the CLE Building Co. team functions smoothly, and he will act as a coach to help equip the team with the tools they need to be successful in completing the project.
